1. Spiced Vanilla Bean Sugar

Madagascar vanilla beans were chopped up and blended with pure vanilla extract and white granulated sugar. The alcohol was evaporated off while allowing the vanilla to infuse the sugar.  Then the vanilla beans were ground into granules and then they were mixed together with cinnamon, allspice, mace and cardamom.

2. Chai Spice Powder Blend

This sugar is decadent with brownie-like flavor that will add a chocolaty sweetness to just about anything. This sugar is a blend of white sugar, black onyx cocoa, Mexican vanilla beans, Ceylon cinnamon, chocolate extract. Make your mocha in a sprinkle with this delicious addition.
