Unlike disposable paper or synthetic filters, CoffeeSock cotton allows acids and aromatics to pass through while absorbing excess oils—producing a clean, balanced cup with no paper taste and reduced waste. To ensure a proper fit, include the following measurements with your order:

  • Top Diameter (or Width)

  • Bottom Diameter (or Width)

  • Height / Depth

  • Filter Shape (basket, flat bottom, cone, sleeve, wrap-around, etc.)

  • Brewer or Equipment Name (if applicable)

📌 Incomplete measurements may delay fulfillment.

How to Use:

  • Install the filter into your basket or brewing system as you would a standard filter

  • Brew as usual

  • Remove filter promptly once draining is complete

Care & Handling Instructions:

Handle CoffeeSock filters as you would other professional kitchen equipment. Avoid harsh detergents.

  1. After brewing, remove coffee grounds promptly—do not allow grounds to sit in the filter longer than necessary

  2. Invert the filter and brush away remaining grounds

  3. Rinse thoroughly with water

  4. Wring out excess water

  5. Hang to dry completely

Oil Buildup:
Over time, natural coffee oils may accumulate. Oils can be removed by boiling the filter in fresh water. This method may also be used for sanitization.

Cross Contamination:
When cross contamination is suspected, sanitize using the boiling method or your approved sanitizing solution.
